Sales Officer (02 Positions, Aeon Mall Long Bien - 060)

Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales & Marketing Officer.

+ Work location: Hanoi Head Office, Aeon Mall Long Bien, Co Linh, Long Bien, Hanoi

+ Working time: 5 days/week, Monday - Friday

+ Report to: Sales & Marketing Manager

+ Department: Mall Operation department



1. Support all works related to Sales & Marketing of all shopping malls including: collecting reports, combine and prepare meeting contents based on Manager requests and guidelines in order to ensure smoothly operations

2. Obtain all updates of Renovation/ Replacement of all shopping malls in the North including: changing tenants, replacement candidates, timeline for big tenants/groups,[protected info] submit timely report to Managers

3. Supervise and check all main social media channels of North Malls to alert Managers in terms of standards and company strategies as well as company reputation.

4. Record all abnormal situation related to Mall business such as: tenant closing due to abnormal issue, government special requests by official [protected info] distribute proper actions

5. Support all necessary documentary works when a new project starts

6. Follow, check and push up all promotion campaigns to ensure tenant sales achieve effectively as pre-set targets

7. Check and analyze sales of category individually and total sales in monthly basis to propose Managers tentative solution if any

8. Arrange logistics for meeting rooms, Business Trips, event of North Office of Department

9. Other tasks as assigned
