Objective of the position (or process result)
• The D2C
Sales Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations of Bosch Direct-to-Consumer channels including Brand Store and eCommerce platforms.
• This role ensures smooth order processing, exchange & return handling, operational documentation, and coordination with internal teams to maintain efficient customer service and operational excellence as D2C business continues to expand.
Description of tasks
1. Order & Operation Management (40%)
• Manage daily orders from Brand Store and eCommerce platforms
• Ensure order accuracy, delivery coordination, and fulfillment tracking
• Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics for smooth delivery
2. Exchange & Return Management (35%)
• Handle all exchange and return cases
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics, and Warehouse
• Ensure proper documentation and approval process for return/exchange cases
• Monitor return reasons and report insights for operational improvement
3. Operational Documentation & Compliance (15%)
• Manage and maintain all operational documentation including:
o sales records
o return/exchange documentation
o internal approval documents
• Ensure proper filing and compliance with internal processes
4. Campaign & Marketing Cost Administration (10%)
• Support campaign execution from operational perspective
• Handle liquidation and documentation for campaign expenses
• Coordinate with Marketing and Finance teams for cost verification and reporting
5. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with:
• Logistics team for delivery and stock coordination
• Customer Service for customer inquiries and issue resolution
• Marketing team for campaign operations
• Finance/Controlling for cost liquidation and reporting
6. Operational Reporting
• Prepare regular operational reports including:
o order volume
o exchange/return cases
o campaign operational performance
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related fields.
Experience
• 1-2 years experience in Sales Administration
• Experience in retail industry is preferred
• Experience handling order processing, returns, and operational documentation
