Sales Operations Analyst

As a Sales Operations Analyst at Pascal Software, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department and providing valuable support to our sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for
improving performance.
• Work closely with sales team to gather business requirements and advises
technology solutions team on translating business needs to CRM, sales
enablement and operations system requirements.
• Compile and prepare a weekly summary report on sales team activities,
achievements, and challenges.
• Supports the rollout of sales strategies by building foundational data sets
and delivering strategic insights to inform actionable sales decisions.
• Supports sales activities by maintaining reports related to forecasting,
planning and performance tracking.
• Managing CRM System, ensure the data is accuracy and consistency.
• Represent the Sales Team to join networking events, and seminars to
expand the connections.
• Prepare sales contracts, NDA, etc...
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage sales meetings, both internal and
external.
• Take detailed meeting minutes and capture action items, decisions, and
follow-up tasks.
• Distribute meeting notes to participants promptly and track action items to
completion.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests to provide data support for
business decisions.
