Report to: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall Sales Strategy Planning and Sales Order Management
• Do plan the Car Flow and Production Forecast for both CBU & CKD models
• Coordinate cross functional initiatives among Sales, Marketing, Production and SCM to develop monthly Sales & Marketing PDCA to monitor the sales situation sales potential.
• Prepare Allocation Plan to individual dealer's order to ensure minimum variance between dealer's order and production
• Analyze the market trend, sales potential for proposals of sales promotion, sales incentives, etc.
• Together with Regional Sales Manager(s) to participate in Sales KPIs setting for sales by dealer by region and monitor sales performance (booking, whole sales, and retail sales) on a continual basis (daily, weekly & monthly)
• Consolidate and analyze Sales performance and key issues reports and propose improvement recommendation to related parties
• Prepare the sales reports for internal and external parties as required
• Other add-hoc assignment as business or BOD's requirement
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related fields
• At least 3 years working experience in Automotive Sales Planning Management
• Well understand automotive business required
• Mature, dedicated, trust-worthy, plug-in with result driven
• Strong analytical, numerical and logical skills
• Exact, detail-oriented plus well-organized
• Strong leadership, decision-making, communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy especially Microsoft Office ; MS Excel, PowerPoint Presentation
• Good command of English both written and spoken
