Company Overview
7Seas Logistics Vietnam is a fast-growing NVOCC logistics company headquartered in Vietnam, with an expanding global presence including offices in New York, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, and Jakarta.
We specialize in international freight forwarding and comprehensive logistics solutions across global markets. With a strong operational backbone and an extensive international network, we are seeking qualified sales professionals to join our team and contribute to our continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and acquire new customers in international freight forwarding (air and ocean freight)
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
• Provide tailored logistics solutions based on customer requirements, including:
- EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP shipment terms
- Air freight and ocean freight services (LCL/FCL)
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales contracts
• Coordinate with operations teams and overseas offices to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives
• Work directly with top management on business strategy and development
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales
• Good understanding of Incoterms and international shipping processes
• Knowledge of air freight and ocean freight operations (LCL/FCL) is required
• Existing customer base or network is a strong advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
• Good command of English (both spoken and written)
