Job Summary:
The primary focus of this role is to drive business growth within the assigned territory (with a key focus on the Mekong Delta Region) by strengthening and expanding the channel partner network, while also identifying and developing business opportunities with direct accounts. The incumbent is expected to improve market coverage, build strong customer relationships, and accelerate market penetration through effective field execution and account development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by executing the sales plan in line with the established objectives.
2. Develop, manage and strengthen the existing channel partner network to improve market coverage, distribution reach, and sales performance within the assigned territory.
3. Identify, acquire, and onboard new channel partners and direct accounts to capture untapped market potential.
4. Retain, develop, and grow existing accounts to maximize sales performance and customer value.
5. Plan and monitor account performance against agreed targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline for both existing customers and prospects.
6. Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential customers to build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and resolve sales or service issues promptly.
7. Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, customer needs, and business opportunities to recommend action plans that enhance territory sales performance.
8. Collaborate closely with internal supporting teams (including Technical, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain) to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products and services to customers.
9. Support and execute
trade marketing programs, promotional activities, and brand initiatives to strengthen market presence and drive sales growth.
10. Maintain accurate and timely records of customer visits, sales activities, pipeline updates, and follow-up actions on CRM Platforms.
11. Monitor customer credit status and actively support payment collection in strict compliance with company policy.
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Science, Oil & Gas, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience : At least 3 years of sales experience in the automotive and/or lubricant industry
Sex : Either male or female
Others :
Province experience in channel development, distributor/reseller management, or direct account management is preferred.
Demonstrated track record of identifying and opening new accounts, particularly in underdeveloped territories.
Understanding the Mekong Delta market dynamics and a strong local network/existing customer base is highly preferred.
Proactive, results-oriented with the willing to travel frequently for
business development.
Strong interpersonal, selling, and negotiation skills.
Good problem-solving skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the capacity to handle customer complaints effectively.
Able to work independently and within a team, with strong discipline in planning, reporting, and execution.
