Achieve booking, values, margin target and good CRM updates
Responsible for customer satisfaction
Accountable for maintaining excellent relationships with the customers, the contact persons.
Accountable for very precise and timely back reporting of the work done according to the process
Responsible for regular update of his supervisor on all relevant information
Prospect new customers and develop existing customers
Develop business network within developers, main contractors, influencers (consultants, building designers, architects)
Provide advise on OTIS products and service, specifications and value engineering possibilities, OTIS differentiation
Develop an accurate business pipeline, update timely, qualify projects in Active Portfolio with high probability booking
Ensure pipeline volume to achieve booking target
Prepare business forecast monthly report with accuracy and take commitment for actual bookings
Comply to OTIS procedures for big and major projects follow up
Ensure timely AR collection
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 2 years sales experience.
Knowledge and experience in the elevator business and constructions industry is an advantage
Aggressive and proactive
Good planning and organizing skills
Able to interact effectively at all levels
Excellent communications skills (English)
