Provide outstanding customer service via telephone and digital communication channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs by actively listening and probing, offering tailored solutions that meet those needs effectively.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and the competitive landscape relevant to our products and services.
Effectively manage and prioritize your sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress, follow up on leads, and report results accurately.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, address inquiries, and Identify opportunities for growth.

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in a related industry
Knowledge of industrial maintenance products and services
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and exceeding sales targets
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluency in English and Vietnamese
Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques, as well as CRM software and tools
Successful telephone or digital sales experience, preferably in a related industry
