Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative with 2-3 years of sales experience and strong communication skills. The role will be responsible for introducing Wello Pet Health products to veterinary clinics, pet shops, and related customers, while building long-term relationships with veterinarians and business partners.
A veterinary background is not required. Product training, regular updates, and continuous support will be provided to help the sales team work confidently with veterinary professionals.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Business Development & Sales
• Introduce and promote company products to new and existing customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Manage product presentations, order follow-up, payment tracking, and sales reporting.
2. Customer Relationship & Market Understanding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, veterinary clinics, pet shops, and business partners.
• Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and provide suitable product information.
• Attend industry events, offline activities, and sales programs to increase brand awareness and sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
3. Reporting & Team Collaboration
• Report sales performance, customer feedback, and market opportunities to the
Sales Manager.
• Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and related teams to support sales activities.
• Suggest ideas to improve sales results and customer satisfaction.
