Job Title: Sales Services Specialist
Function: Marketing Sales Operations - Sales Operation
Reports to: Sales Operation Lead
Job Summary: The person in this position will Provide sales administrative support on implementation of CRM, POS data acquisition, conditioning and cleansing and Sales analytics. Utilize various databases and related systems for updating files and lists, and informational reporting. Proving the customized sales report (by business unit & market segment) according to the requests from business unit, and supporting the data analysis based on the sales report extracted (including the sales report for direct & in-direct customers)
• Maintain data integrity. Keep continuing cleaning data on [protected info] (SFDC) and customer master.
• Drive the country POS E2E process, SFDC by provide information and actionable insight derived from both internal (Sell-in, SFDC) and external data (POS) to enable Sales, Marketing, Key Account and Channel leadership to make informed decisions.
• Maintain & update the channel partner information and POS data
• POS collection, conditioning and in-direct sales vs direct sales cleansing data.
• Partnership with business unit to build POS and make sure having the accurate POS data.
• Extract data and provide customized sales report both direct and Indirect sales
• Maintain & Update the channel partner information
• As local CRM admin, to customize SFDC dashboards & reports and support the case submissions for new users of Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications:
• Computer secretarial, business, or related post-high school specialized training.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in CRM admin, preferably [protected info]
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI)
• Organizing and administrative skills
• Strict compliance of process and deadlines
• Responsive, customer-oriented
