1. Job Description:
• Customer visit frequently pursuing quotation opportunities, price negotiation, product/quality, delivery, engineering needs and problem solving.
• Coordinate and lead the quotation process, prepare the quotes as well as to negotiate these quotes with the customer according to company decision.
• Interface between customers and internally to deal with all commercial related issues with customers.
• Assure correct transmission customer needs & expectations to internal plant, focus all the structures on customer service in order to provide the best response.
• Manages customer commitments and obligations, customer payment and account receivable management.
• ECN quoting and Aftermarket parts quoting.
• Report preparation (Project summary, Yearly budget).
• Weekly update the project status and support for regular report (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly).
• Prepare and coordinate customer visit, customer audit.
• To participate in the internal audits and elaborate the action plan when nonconformities are found.
Yêu cầu
2. Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business/Commerce, or Marketing.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position in manufacturing company (automotive, components, electrical/electronics preferred).
• Good communication skills, professional problem-solving skills; able to work independently and in teams; high responsibility and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in both Chinese and English language skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Office.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
