We provide PU raw materials in a wide range of areas, such as wood paint, flexible packaging adhesives & inks, PU foam & elastomer products. We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Sales & Business Development Manager to assist us in expanding our clientele. We are looking for a passionate and potential caliber candidate to join and build up the strength of sales team. This position is open and welcome candidates who are proactive, passionate about sales and strong in PU industry area.
Be responsible of selling raw materials in wood paint, flexible packaging adhesives & inks, pu foam & elastomer segment
Manage & follow up customers until contract win or maintain relationship for potential database
Ensure the target of number of visiting of new customers & quotation issuing, target to get PO
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Take care of existing customers and preparing sales contract or related documents
Reporting sales markets, sales plan weekly
Making reports and other tasks as assigned

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Completed Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of working experiences in industrial sales/marketing, preferably in wood paint, flexible packaging adhesives & inks, PU foam & elastomer segment
Business development mindset and ability to develop new market and customers
Ability to work under high pressure, multi-task and client's orientation
Professional experience in sales (technical / commercial), business development, marketing is preferred
Good communication, negotiation and B2B selling skills
Proficient in 1 of these foreign languages will receive an additional allowance of 2 million
Bachelor in Chemical field, major in Polymer is an advantage
