JOB OVERVIEW:
• Managing sales orders, delivery schedule, stock level, shipping documents.
• Cooperating with Sales Person and other departments to ensure good supplying to customers
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Check FCST/PO from customers and input to the system
• Follow and check production schedule, delivery schedule to meet the customer delivery due date
• Make arrangements for deliveries (check stock levels and delivery times),Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries of trading
• Prepare shipping documents
• Control stock levels and make report
• Work related to other departments such as warehouse, planning, production, QC, accounting, customers,...
• Reflect all work in company systems
• Any task assigned by superior

Yêu cầu
• University Graduation
• Having strong communication and negotiation skills,Careful, Flexible
• MS Office skill (especially Excel), careful, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prefer candidates with Good knowledge of Logistic, Impot-Export, Supply Chain Management, Incoterm. Proficiency in SAP software is an advantage
• Foreign Language : English-good communication, Chinese is advantage.
• MS Office skill (especially Excel), careful, attention to detail and accuracy.
