Mô tả công việc
1. System Support
- The contact point for any system-related issues raised by CD business operation: L0 Lead to connect users with L1 Support.
- Co-ordination between CD and IT for business analyst and reflect business requirement/ operation process to system design (manage all related CD system such as GPS, Payment Tool, DPS validation, LE, AAA, Nuti, Dolphin and integration among them).
- Ensure needs of CD for IT and Systems are known and raised to IT/ developer.
- UAT testing and training of new & current systems/ tools.
- Regression test for LeverEdge, LODR, ISR-BW and U2K2-BW
- Co-ordinate in maintenance & development/ improvement of existing systems that CD own (DMS, NGDMS, BW, Golden Page, Channel reporting etc...)
- Support for Change Management: for new function, change request, new systems/ project related to business operational process and system functions.
2. Sales Reporting
- Support sales report developer based on information flow and logics among system to develop sales report as per CD users' request. Ensure accuracy & consistent of data input to report system
- Support total report portfolio and their integration: LE - LODR - iQ center - U2K2-BW, including CR-FS related to those systems in operation
3. Other task as assigned by line manager
Yêu cầu
- IT background with business operation experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English
- Good Project Management
- Evidence of delivery of key change projects/initiatives
- Delivery through others
- Knowledge of existing Customer Development processes and systems
- Good communication skills
- Ability to advise on training and educational material and deliver appropriate training
- Previous experience of managing change desirable
