FUNCTIONS
• Take full responsibility for implementing and supervising all leasing activities for assigned projects, ensuring occupancy targets are achieved within the designated time frame.
• Lead the leasing team and work closely with relevant departments (Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to maximize sales effectiveness.
• Report directly to management on sales performance, progress, and any arising issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales &
Business Development:
• Execute the approved leasing sales plan.
• Monitor KPIs: occupancy rates, number of new contracts, monthly revenue.
• Actively source and approach potential clients (SMEs, startups, individual customers).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and partners.
2. Team & Process Management:
• Lead the leasing team: train and guide
sales staff on selling techniques.
• Oversee processes: pricing proposals, contract negotiations, customer care.
3. Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with the Marketing team to run lead generation campaigns and optimize conversion rates.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure spaces are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
4. Reporting & Analysis:
• Provide weekly/monthly sales reports: number of contracts, occupancy rates, analysis of success/failure factors.
• Propose improvements to sales policies or promotions based on market trends.
5. Problem-Solving:
• Handle client feedback and complaints related to lease agreements.
• Resolve unexpected issues arising during the sales process.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in office leasing, real estate, or coworking sales.
• Preferably with team management experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the real estate or coworking market in Ho Chi Minh City.
• Ability to work independently, organize tasks, and meet KPI targets under pressure.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
