Mô tả công việc
In charge of Operations & Account management:
1. OPERATIONS:
- Receive Purchase order and follow delivery & payment process with clients
- Work closely with Product & Logistic team for stock allocation.
- In charge of sales & daily stock report
2. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
- Collaborate with sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals
- Resolve key client issues and complaints
- Follow up to ensure all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
Yêu cầu
1. Education background:
- Undergraduate or Bachelor's degree in BA/Finance/Commerce or Equivalent
2. Experience:
- No experience required
3. Performance Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good at written and spoken English or Chinese skills
4. Behavioral Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detailed Oriented
- Time management
