Salesforce Cloud Developer

marketing automation, and cloud-based solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Salesforce
Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer or Administrator to join our team and support various
marketing and CRM initiatives.
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer & Administrator, you will be responsible for both
the development and administration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to support marketing
campaigns, user integrations, and system configurations. You will work closely with internal teams
and clients to ensure optimal usage and implementation of SFMC features.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Responsibilities:
● Support users to check Journey settings for SMS/MMS/Kakaotalk/Email/Push campaigns
using Salesforce Marketing Cloud's basic functions and custom activities.
● Segment target customers within Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilizing SQL, Automation
Studio, and apply Einstein functions.
● Monitor system operations and integrate with external systems to receive customer data,
campaign-related data, and send logs for campaign performance calculation via API,
SFTP, etc..
● Configure, develop, debug, test, and deploy data processing flows for marketing
campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
● Provide user guides and assist users in checking data errors or system integration errors.
● Build and maintain solution-related and campaign-related documentation.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Responsibilities:
● Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of SFMC, including consultative
discussions with clients to define goals and challenges.
● Work with client representatives to gather functional and technical requirements.
● Apply functional knowledge of marketing applications or CRM applications to guide
the design and implementation of SFMC solutions.
● Provide user guides and assist users in checking data errors or system issues.
● Configure SFMC settings for system integration, SAP package implementation, etc..
● Manage tasks, monitor task progress and workload of team members, and report to
customers on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
