Position: SAP BTP (CAP/UI) Developer - Entry Level
Location: Vietnam (HCMC)/Japan/Remote
Work Mode: On-site with remote support (Mon-Fri)
Training Provided: SAP BTP, CAP (Cloud Application Programming), and UI development training
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated candidates to start their career path in SAP development as SAP BTP (CAP/UI) Developers. You will be part of our technical team, supporting the design and development of cloud applications on SAP Business Technology Platform. This is an opportunity for those at the beginning of their career to gain hands-on experience in CAP model, UI development, and enterprise integrations.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, IT, or related fields (or currently pursuing).
Strong knowledge of Java, [protected info] and JavaScript (required).
Basic knowledge or eagerness to learn SAP BTP, CAP model, Fiori/UI5, and cloud application frameworks.
English proficiency in both verbal and written communication (required).
Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Good presentation and communication skills (e.g., preparing technical slides, explaining solutions clearly).
Training Roadmap
First 2 months: Full-time training (70% SAP BTP & CAP/UI training, 30% support tasks).
3rd month: Project-based On-the-Job Training (OJT).
This role is designed for early-career candidates who want to build expertise in SAP BTP development and grow into technical consultant roles.
Demonstrate proactiveness, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a high-intensity environment.
Develop and maintain applications using SAP BTP (CAP model), Javan, [protected info], and JavaScript.
Design and implement user interfaces with SAP Fiori/UI5 and related front-end frameworks.
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Contribute to documentation, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Assist in preparing technical materials for internal and customer projects.
Stay updated with SAP BTP, CAP, UI5, and cloud-native development trends.
