SAP FI/FICO Consultant (1-5 years of experience)

Working Location: Ban Co Ward (District 3), Ho Chi Minh City.
Working Hour: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in requirements gathering, data modeling, fit/gap analysis and configuration design
Configure standard SAP FI processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
Perform unit, integration and system testing of FI configurations
Help build reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows to support financial processes.
Assist in end user training development and delivery
Provide Level 1 support and help resolve post go-live issue
Maintain system documentation and help manage project timelines
Continuously learn and improve SAP FI technical skills
May supervise the work of more junior analysts or associates
Contribute to documentation of specifications, designs and testing results
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field.
From 6 months to 4 years of experience with SAP FICO implementations (FICO internship accepted)
Must have completed at least one end-to-end project with the SAP FICO module for Senior level
Strong proficiency in SAP FI configuration is mandatory. Experience in configuring modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting (BA).
Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting/finance best practices
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
English communication is a plus
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
