Responsibilities (by Level):
SAP Consultant - Manager (7-10+ years)
• Lead and manage all phases of SAP implementation projects, from blueprint to go-live and post-go-live support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the client's senior management, defining strategic roadmaps and business transformation initiatives.
• Oversee a team of consultants, providing mentorship, guidance, and quality assurance on project deliverables.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead complex business process workshops and solution design sessions.
SAP Consultant - Senior (2-6 years)
• Configure SAP modules to meet client business requirements.
• Lead workshops to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
• Design and execute comprehensive test scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Collaborate with other consultants and
developers to ensure seamless integration between modules.
SAP Consultant - Staff (1+ year)
• Assist senior consultants in day-to-day project tasks, including data gathering and documentation.
• Support system configuration and testing activities.
• Create and maintain project documentation, such as business process flows and user manuals.
• Provide support during data migration and end-user training.
• Actively learn and develop expertise in your assigned SAP module.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Manager: 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams.
• Senior: 2-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation.
• Staff: 1+ years of experience in SAP-related projects or a strong academic background with relevant internship experience.
• Expertise in at least one of the specified modules (FICO, EWM, MM, EAM, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Talent, Time & Payroll, or LMS).
• Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory for working with the client in Singapore.
• Ability to work in an offshore-onshore model and a willingness to travel to Singapore as required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
