1. Learning & Development
* Analysing and implementing of learning plans and strategies for the organization in order to maintain and improve effectiveness of employee skills and performance
* To lead on the development of staff skills and knowledge database in order to maximise the diversed talents of the organization
* To develop competency based on training to all positions
* To develop 70:20:10 Model for Learning and Development in VKPC
* To coordinate with related functions to create and review training roadmap
2. CVN Training
* Coordinate with SPEC and specialist to design and develop suitable training courses
* Facilitate CVN training course with related functions
3. Skill Base and OJT system
* Develop skill based training program with 70 : 20 : 10 model for improve effectiveness of employee skills and performance
* Develop On The Job Training (OJT) system to sync with skillbased training to prepare employee readiness for effective performance
4. Operation Excellence & Sustainable Development
* Be ET Pillar's head and coordinate with ET members to create effectiveness training activities.
* Plan, implement and evaluate TPM, OHSE training and development programs.
* Others assignments by top management such as participation in Integrated Management System, Visible Leadership and Safety Culture, Stakeholder Engagement, ETC.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor graduate
- Skills of Planning, Presentation, Coaching and Communication, Negotiating.
- Computer literate particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command for English language
- Work in accordance with SCG People's philosophy
- Facilitation skills
- Self-motivated, Innovation, hard-working, enthusiasm and patience.
