[SCGA HCMC] - AP ACCOUNTANT

- We are hiring a full-time Accountant to work on-site in Long Sơn Commune, HCMC (not over 2 weeks) Then move to HCMC Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily accounting operations, including:
- Review, verify, and record AP invoices accurately and timely in SAP, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting/tax regulations.
- Manage and reconcile AP payments, AP balances and AP clearing including manual, automatic, and direct debit payments, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and on-time settlement.
- Execute and control payment instructions via bank interfaces
- Maintain and well-organized complete payment documentation and support audits, internal controls, and continuous improvement of AP and payment processes.
- Coordinate and reconcile Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT) and other tax-related payments with tax accountants, including withholding and reconciliation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.
