Scrum Master

Overall Job Purpose:
The Vision SCRUM master is required to play a key role in a growing Vision development team in order to develop scalable solutions and provide technical advice to plan and execute multiple development stories and tasks. The Vision SCRUM master will have experience in SCRUM processes and leadership involving multiple development sprints and be able to execute sprint planning, delivery and business estimation services with a team of developers, and quality assurance in the UK and Vietnam to effect efficient and quality development deliverables.
Main Duties of Job:
Working with SCC Digital stakeholders on releases, backlog, stories priority and planning to form agreement on timeline, resources and impediment tracking
Resource management & planning between teams to assure their delivery timeline, milestones
Facilitate sprints, daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement, workshops and retrospective meetings
Facilitate effective sprint related communication across agile team, stakeholders, process owners,
and the wider SCC Digital
Resolve conflicts that occur both within processes, and demands for resource
Build a productive environment where team members are willing to contribute to improve the productivity of the team
Grow the team to become self-organizing and cross-functional
Be an advocate for Agile implementation across the wider SCC Digital
Work closely with VN & UK management team, contributing to the successful creation and development of a community of best practice, promoting excellence in agile methodology

Educate and mentor each team in the most appropriate methodology to achieve the desired goalbe that Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methods
ensuring that the agreed upon Agile process is being followed to deliver value to both business and customer
Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and performance objectives by managing risks, identifying potential blockers, and recommending mitigation strategies
Maintain consistent communication with managers, providing regular updates, project status reports, and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Coordinate updates, enhancements, and new capabilities in the platform by synchronizing with technical teams and management teams
Take full responsibility and do whatever is needed to bring success for the assigned teams
Undertake any other assignments as requested by the Line Manager or Operations Manager
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
• PSM certificate is plus
Implemented Scrum and/or other agile practices within a predominantly waterfall culture
Supported the adoption of Agile principles and practices leading to cross functional maturity within the teams and company.
Developed a continuous learning environment, identifying ways to strengthen the team's understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles as they relate to technical capability
Be servant leader who can role model the desired culture, values and behaviors
Be familiar with and have experience on widely successful Agile technologies: User Stories,
ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing and Agile
Games
Experienced with SCRUM / Agile methodology: delivery estimation, release planning, inspect and adapt, transparent delivery.
Bugs or Production issues support and management as resource capacity
Management tool - Jira, BitBucket, Confluence, Rovo Agent, Azure DevOps
Nice to have experience
Coached, mentored and educated teams acting as an enabler for continuous improvement
Big picture thinking and commercial awareness
