Responsibilites
Commercial Leadership:
Develop and execute the SE Asia Aqua market strategy, aligning with
the APAC Aqua strategies to effectively accelerate the business
growth in the country plan, organize, and lead key business
development and sales projects. Set annual Sales, gross margin and
business development targets for each product and key account
Assume the role of key account manager in your home market eg if
you are in Vietnam you will drive key account sales in Vietnam etc
and you will be responsible to drive these sales whilst managing the
other key account managers in Thailand, Indonesia, Bangladesh etc
Create a deep customer understanding while building and
maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers in each
major account throughout the country
Create and implement networking strategies that will support
generating new opportunities
Identify customer opportunities, needs and ways to enhance
company value proposition and portfolio
Work actively on the development of industry and product strategies
and help to generate ideas for product improvements and innovations
for the country
Report status and progress of sales activities and development
projects in Indonesia in a clear way as well as create / maintain up-todate market, sales, and financial forecasts to support reporting and
assessment of business activities
Technical, Marketing and Regulatory:
Collaborate with the regional marketing and technical team to
proactively identify products to consistently win in the marketplace
Ensure that technical training support to key accounts and
distributors is well-organized
Work actively on the development of product strategies and
positioning align with industry trends and customer's needs. Prepare,
support and execute key product launches in the country
Constantly monitor the regulatory status and sustainability of
company registration portfolio in Indonesia
Qualifications
Degree in animal nutrition/animal health or other relevant discipline
A seasoned professional with minimum 10 years of working in the
Aqua industry in Vietnam, or Thailand or Indonesia including strategic
business planning and execution
Having held similar positions or related positions in the past.
Possessing established business relationships with key aqua feed
mills and farms in Aqua is a MUST
Strong understanding of the Aqua Nutritional sector as well as
medicated feed ingredients
Strong expertise in Value Base Solution Selling with proven success in
leading the development and implementation of Sales and Marketing
strategies
Must be analytical and have the ability to problem solve in a concise
and logical manner
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and
manage expectations to create trust and credibility across a broad
spectrum of the company
Ability to effectively articulate and explain market trends internally
and externally
Ability to interpret financial and nonfinancial data and clearly
articulate the economic impact of significant decisions
