Cardinal Global Logistics (VN) is a provider of international transportation and logistics services. with experience in air and sea freight as well as information technology.
To develop sea cargo of Cardinal Global Logistics (Vietnam), we need qualified employee for the Sea Import Executive position.

What You Will Do
• Handle daily sea import shipments from pre-alert to cargo delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, co-loaders and trucking companies.
• Check and process import documents: B/L, Arrival Notice, D/O, Invoice, Packing List, C/O, etc.
• Follow up vessel schedules, shipment status and D/O release.
• Coordinate import customs clearance and delivery to customers.
• Check import charges, prepare debit notes/invoices and control shipment costs.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and shipment-related issues.
• Update shipment information and maintain proper records according to company SOPs.

Yêu cầu
• At least 2 years' experience in Sea Import / Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
• Good knowledge of import procedures and documentation.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.
• Responsible, careful, proactive and good at teamwork.
