YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Storage, update department documents and report
Management and Sort security department form, office material equipment, interview information
Be responsible for stationery order, management for department
Be responsible for Cadena update, Record and disseminate important information in department briefings, monitor work of security officer
Support Security Officer to control situation in FCC room and support security officer if need. Receive information, record from security officer about spoiled equipment
Support Security Officer to control check point, patrol areas, monitor CCTV
Coordinate with other departments for related tasks
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety
Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests
Look smart - wear your uniform with pride
Other ad-hoc duties - unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
May assist with other duties as assigned by management
