Job Description
Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and supervise the security team, including supervisors and officers.
Develop staffing schedules and allocate resources to ensure effective coverage.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Security Operations
Oversee surveillance, patrol, access control, and incident response.
Ensure security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) function effectively.
Investigate incidents such as theft, cheating, fraud, or guest disturbances.
Compliance & Regulatory
Ensure compliance with gaming laws, licensing, and company policies.
Act as the primary liaison with regulators, police, and emergency services.
Prepare accurate reports for audits and investigations.
Crisis & Risk Management
Develop and implement emergency response plans.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
Customer Service
Promote a safe and welcoming environment.
Handle guest complaints or escalated issues professionally.
Administration & Reporting
Prepare and present security reports to senior management.
Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and security technology.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related field (preferred).
8-10 years of security management experience, with at least 3 years in a casino/hospitality/entertainment environment.
Strong knowledge of casino regulations, surveillance, and security operations.
Proven leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, holidays).
