Key Responsibilities
Client Briefing & Analysis:
Attend meetings with clients, receive briefs, and provide thorough responses with in-depth analysis of client information.
Planning & Concept Development:
Collaborate with the Planning team to research information and visuals, contribute ideas for event projects, including event flow, games, and creative activities.
Cost Management & Quotation:
Prepare internal cost estimates, develop project quotations, and work closely with the team to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
Project Tracking & Management:
Monitor project progress and ensure timely contract signing, acceptance, liquidation, and payment processes; coordinate with relevant departments to deliver projects on schedule.
Evaluation & Improvement:
Conduct post-event evaluations, consolidate client feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Task Coordination & Execution:
Manage timelines, schedules, and cross-functional coordination under the guidance of the Line Manager.
Vendor Negotiation & Management:
Clearly communicate requirements, negotiate costs, source suitable third-party vendors, and assess their execution capabilities.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the event or advertising industry.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Good planning, quotation preparation, and project management abilities.
Good spoken English is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
Willingness to take on assigned tasks and travel according to project requirements.
