I.Responsibilities
Account Management:
Ensure timely project delivery and profitability.
Guarantee client satisfaction with project results.
Proactively identify and resolve potential risks during project execution.
Incorporate technology into project management to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Continuously refine work tools, management methods, and project management practices to enhance productivity.
Client Service:
Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to secure long-term partnerships.
IMC & Digital Expertise:
Prepare detailed reports, perform market analysis, and provide actionable improvement suggestions.
Create comprehensive and accurate briefs to ensure clear understanding and execution by all stakeholders.
Oversee supplier performance, ensuring output quality and adherence to KPIs.
II.Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Senior
Account Executive.
Proficient in presentation, communication, and drafting documents in English.
Experience in industries such as mother & baby products is a plus.
Hands-on experience in directly executing projects and a readiness to take on such tasks.
Ability to understand and collaborate with colleagues who have strong and diverse personalities.
Adaptability and resilience in responding to the continuous changes of the industry.
Effective critical thinking skills.
