As we are expanding, we are seeking a committed full-time Senior Account Manager to lead our client service team and communications practice. The successful candidate will have proven expertise in multinational client engagement, project management and PR activities execution. He or she should possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate written and spoken English fluency and at least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in a communications advisory or consultancy environment. A proven track record of leading teams and managing client accounts in a consultancy setting would be highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with strong analytical, critical-thinking abilities and problem solving skills complemented by excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities and stakeholder engagement capabilities. He or she should also hold a bachelor's degree or higher in communications, journalism, marketing, media studies, business communications, or a related discipline.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Client Management &
Business Development• Serve as a senior contact for key client counterparts, ensuring proactive communication and high professional service standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic counsel and solution-focused engagement
• Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective communications strategies
• Lead proposal development, including market research, audience analysis, budgeting, and quotation preparation
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Support and contribute to new business pitches, including deck development and strategic recommendations
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments relevant to clients
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and invoicing processes with financial discipline
2. Strategic Execution & Project Leadership
• Lead the development and execution of PR, marketing and strategic communications campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs
• Draft, review, and finalize high-quality communication materials in English and Vietnamese (press releases, thought leadership articles, Q&As, speeches, social content, etc.)
• Drive media relations strategy, including media mapping, outreach planning, and relationship management
• Identify and secure executive interview opportunities, speaking engagements, and industry event participation
• Oversee KOL engagement and third-party stakeholder coordination
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal resource coordination to ensure seamless execution
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare comprehensive client reports with strategic insights
• Anticipate potential issues and support crisis preparedness and escalation processes when necessary.
