Mô tả công việc
Work with external service providers to meet international regulatory and tax compliance needs, including VAT reporting
Ensure proper coding of expenses and timely payment of vendor invoices
Work with external payroll service providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll runs
Collaborate with the US Accounting team to ensure global accounting policies are applied consistently at the subsidiary level
Prepare all monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analysis for the Vietnam entity
Review statutory financial reports and provide support for other related international accounting requests
Participate in the month end close process and record month end accounting transactions for the Vietnam entity
Assist with local statutory and annual corporate audits
Assist with ad- hoc projects
Assist with process and system implementations and propose automated improvements to improve efficiencies
Own Global T&E accounting process including reviewing expense reports, issuing reimbursement, and recording related accounting entries
Assist with implementing international accounting policies for SOX compliance
Process monthly cash reconciliations
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
7+ years of overall experience in the Accounting field
Solid understanding of general accounting concepts
Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining big picture
Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, work with others and follow through to execute all tasks
Must demonstrate strong time management, written, and verbal communication skills
Must be able to think outside the box, work independently with general supervision, be a team player, and willing to contribute beyond the defined role to meet business needs as circumstances require
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement
Strong English written and communication skills
Must have experience with Intacct, NetSuite or other cloud based ERP systems
Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Preferred Skills
Deep understanding of local Vietnam and US GAAP accounting standards
Experience working with high growth companies, ideally in Software/SAAS industry
Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify errors and opportunities for process improvement
Ability to communicate and coordinate with the US corporate team
Systems savvy, with experience in NetSuite, Blackline, Certify, etc.
