· Assists the Controller / Set up with any specific projects and related workflows in D365.
· Tricor-SSC coaching and reporting the performance to Management Board.
· Duties for General Ledger integrity for the distribution division in Microsoft Dynamics D365.
· Performs reconciliations of assigned accounts.
· Research on transaction discrepancy and engage AR/AP if needed.
· Manages process change to improve D365, distribution processes, and accounting team continuously.
· Partners with operations to enhance and maintain inventory control procedures.
· Supports the FP&A team on financial reports and analyses to management professionally and efficiently.
· Assists with internal and external audits focusing on the distribution division.
· Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
· Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
· Plan, assign and review staff's work.
· Support month-end and year-end close process
· Develop and document business processes and accounting
· Cash flow management.
· Checking payment documents to make sure the accuracy.
· Challenging the abnormal costs for supplier and administration.
· Dealing with bank (interest and exchange rate).
· Controlling Aging of vendor and customer (Ecommerce).
· Prepare decks related to cost and sale assigned by FIN Manager (Monthly/Weekly sale report).
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or AX experience is required
· Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
· 3+ years of accounting experience.
· Working knowledge of tax laws
· Strong financial analysis skills.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong organizational and stress management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
