JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Overview:
This role stays in the Adtech and Analytics team within Campaign Delivery
Adtech and Analytics team will be responsible for evolving TotallyAwesome's delivery team's reputation (internally & externally) and quality of output to ensure TotallyAwesome is world class, frictionless, strategic and insight-driven
This team is key in:
- Gathering insights from campaign delivery, to research and develop new approaches and platforms to transform our campaign delivery in many aspects and improve the quality of products to our clients
- Optimizing the management and use of data in decision-making processes of campaign delivery
- Implementing solutions, both short term (technical operational support, insights, reports) and long term (business development, strategic recommendations) and ensuring they are built on solid tech and are data-driven way.
In the concrete next steps: Adtech and Analytics team will work closely with Dev Lead/Solution Architect, and Campaign Operations, Research and Insight, Supply, and AM on the matters of:
- New tech solutions to improve campaign optimization and performance
- Streamline the processes to increase collaboration and prioritization
- Recommend automatic features and AI solutions to reduce manual workload, human errors, to improve QC processes of campaign delivery
- Recommend and input into Platform and Dashboard building
- Support Ops team in short term solution for automation, and collaborate with Dev team for long term solution for automation of campaign operations
How will YOU contribute to the Team?
30% focus on data and technicality of campaign operations
- Collect all the available data points into a data pool
- Design and define the categories, data variables system to make sure all data pulled back from different platforms via API can be synchronized on central data pool and consistent for analysis
- Support Campaign Operations in technical side for current products (Google Ads, AA) and new products (In-game ads) such as in the matter of discrepancy, 3rd party tracking, etc.
- Improve campaigns' performance and internal process by deploying automated features as short term solutions (on Google Data Studio, Google Docs Editors suite, Jira)
- Work closely with Campaign Operations to improve automatic QC processes
70% focus on platforms
- This is the key bridging position to architect and connect Campaign Operations Team, AM and Dev Team in bringing the processes of campaigns operations to a centralized platform
- Have short term solutions to automatize data analysis processes, data reporting and visualization of digital campaigns
- Design, brief dev and carry on the project of first version of centralized ad console and 3rd party ad server to set up, optimize and track all campaigns and dashboard report: planning of purposes, functions, data, tracking, use-case diagram, sequence-diagram, user flow, UI/UX, testing, etc.,.
Your Skills and Experience
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience:
- 4+ years in a hands-on technical ad operations & consulting role, in an AdTech environment
- Understanding the architect of digital ad operations infrastructure and ecosystem (Tech stack and platform architecture definition, understanding of flow, database structure, how it works of techs behind ad operations: adserver, DMP, DB, Ad trafficking platforms, Ad tag, third party tracking, etc.
- Experience with scalable system, solving bottle neck problem in database
- Understanding of digital media & digital media metrics
- Data analysis: some basic knowledge of data analysis such as collect, clean, prepare data, visualize data with Tools: Excel, Tableau, Stata, MySQL
- Programming languages: Python, JavaScript. Good to have knowledge of Google Cloud.
- Experience in SQL or API database Query.
Communication
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized, detail orientated, demonstrated project management capabilities
Technological Savvy/Analytical Skills:
- Demonstrate superior familiarity with technology in order to be able to identify suitable ad tools, platforms, and processes for the business with strong analytical, creative, and strategic skills.
- Great with numbers and math, able to analyze data efficiently
