Job Description
Provide consultation and contribute to strategy building and AI development orientation for the Board of Management
Oversee, coordinate, and develop AI projects, products, or services in the bank
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the development and implementation of strategies and orientations for AI projects
Prepare detailed plans and manage the development and application of AI projects
Supervise and support the development team in designing and deploying AI solutions, ensuring the highest quality and performance
Collaborate with units within the AI Center (LLM, NLP, Computer Vision, Chatbot, R&D) and related units (Data Division, Software Development Centers, Testing, Business Analysis, and clients) to ensure seamless coordination and optimal resource utilization
Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and apply them to practical projects
Ensure the quality and performance of AI projects through regular testing and evaluations
Directly participate in the development of key AI projects
Contribute to talent recruitment, training, and team development
Job requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML or technology project management, especially in the field of Computer Vision. Experience in team leadership or managing complex AI-related projects is a strong advantage.
Technical Expertise:
In-depth understanding of AI/ML and Computer Vision technologies
Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
Proficiency in data management and governance
Management Skills:
Strong skills in planning, organizing, and task management
Decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict management capabilities
Ability to inspire and motivate team members
Other Requirements:
Knowledge of legal and ethical regulations related to AI
Understanding of risk management and industry standards
