Mô tả công việc
• Record account receivables to ensure that all sales transactions and cash receipts are recorded correctly, timely and comply with accounting standards.
• Performing receivable bank account reconciliations, controlling the account receivables for all stores ensuring the cash collection process complied with the Company's policy.
• Monitor accounts to ensure sales and cash collection are up to date, reconcile account receivables monthly with stores, customers, and payment partners (Bank or 3rd parties)
• Revenue and receivables report daily/weekly/monthly by multiple dimensions.
• Corporate with another department (Marketing, RTM, ...) to problem solving under responsibility which relates to revenues, billing,...
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting, support others related assignments.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or relevant
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards/ regulations and payable or receivable principles or practices
• Excellence knowledge in handling revenue recognition and cash collection with standard
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position, with experience in Retail is a plus.
• Experience with accounting function ERP/ SAP systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational
• Basic English (written & communication)
