Job Description
- Conduct design analysis, research, and preliminary design studies
- Receive creative direction and briefs from senior team members, and proactively develop concepts and design solutions
- Develop ideas through freehand sketches, mood imagery, and conceptual presentations
- Communicate designs effectively through drawings, graphic presentations, and verbal communication in English.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in relevant design software
- Collaborate with other departments within the company, showing understanding and respect for all disciplines
- Work with senior team members to coordinate with external consultants (e.g., Structural, M&E) to meet integrated project objectives
- Uphold company standards and strive for excellence in every task
- Maintain a high level of quality and ensure client satisfaction
Yêu cầu
Your Expertise
- A recognized degree in Architecture
- Minimum 10 years of experience for Senior positions and 6 years for
Designer/Architect roles, across diverse project types
- Solid understanding of Vietnamese and international building codes and standards; experience with Hotel Operator requirements is a plus.
- Proven experience in Hotel and Residential design; experience with Mixed-Use developments is an advantage
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and SketchUp; knowledge of 3ds Max and AI software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Ability to work independently with strong project management, presentation, and coordination skills
- Senior candidates should demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to manage teams and oversee projects
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creative thinking, attention to detail, and effective time management
