Mô tả công việc
Liaison withVietnamese authorities regarding approvals requirements;
Architectural design of Projects according to relevant standards;
Responsibleforleading thedesign team ofarchitects, designers and CADtechnicians;
Manage clients and projects andreport to Board ofDirectors;
With assistance and through Board of Directors, establish strategic goals with design team;
Assist Board of Directors in preparing design proposals, assigning project teams and participating in presentations and the whole design process from A-Z within project time frame;
Coordinating all works for both internal teams and other construction professionals suchas architects, engineers and contractors during project permitting and construction stage;
Review all projects to ensure that the Company's philosophy and quality standards are being adhered to;
Maintain close contact with all staff in order to ensure high morale and production efficiency;
Lead theproject team to develop architecture design solutionsfor projects;
Investigateoptions and alternatives for architecture design concepts;
Fully develop architecture design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation fortender and construction;
Clarify scope of work and prepare fee schedule;
Encourage and supervise junior designers to provide good design and standard detailing
Plan designer work flow.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree in Architecture orequivalent;
Minimum7 years experience preferably inArchitect's office;
Good organization, leadership and timemanagement skills;
Design, project and people management skills. Prior management or supervisory experience preferred;
Abilityto work independently as well as team work;
Good design with detailing capabilities;
Experience and understanding in Project Permitting, Project Management and Contract Administration;
Honest, hard working, independent and self-motivated;
Required language(s): Vietnamese and English;
Proficiency in drafting using AutoCAD, knowledge of SketchUp would be an advantage;
