Senior Automation Test Engineer
Working Location: Ho Chi Minh
Salary: Negotiable
Levels: Senior (510 YOE)
Roles and Skills: Tester QA/QC Microservices Java
Job Overview And Responsibility
Define and own test automation strategy across mobile apps, backend services, and integrations
Design and build scalable, reusable automation frameworks across UI, API, integration, and data layers
Identify highrisk areas and critical user journeys, and ensure they have proper automated coverage
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable continuous testing
Analyze test results and drive quality improvements, close coverage gaps proactively
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and DevOps to improve system reliability and release confidence
Mentor team members through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing
Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and tooling
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years in test automation, with strong handson experience designing automation solutions
Proven experience testing across multiple layers: UI, API, and system integration
Comfortable working in agile, crossfunctional product teams
Possesses most of the following skills: Python (Robot Framework experience), Appium, GitLab CI, Playwright, Jenkins, and a strong mobile development and test automation strategy
