Senior AWS Cloud Engineer - Upto 3300 gross/month

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team to develop a Machine Learning/AI solution on AWS cloud. As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing AWS cloud infrastructure for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable cloud solutions, ensuring the highest level of performance, security, and availability. Your expertise in AWS technologies and strong problem-solving abilities will be crucial in driving successful cloud deployments and optimizing system performance.

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable AWS cloud architectures for data and machine learning applications.
• Implement and manage AWS cloud infrastructure components, including EC2 instances, VPCs, IAM policies, security groups, Lambda functions, RDS databases, S3 storage, data processing pipelines, and machine learning frameworks, and other AWS services as required.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform to automate resource provisioning and configuration management.
• Implement data security and privacy measures, including encryption, access controls, and compliance requirements, in line with industry best practices.
• Monitor and optimize the performance, security, and availability of AWS environments, leveraging cloud monitoring tools and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AWS services, network connectivity, and application performance.
• Implement and enforce cloud security best practices, including IAM roles, encryption, access controls, and compliance requirements.
  Conduct thorough testing and validation of cloud infrastructure to ensure proper functionality and resilience.
• Design CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, features, and industry trends to provide expert guidance and recommendations.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

To apply, candidates must have:

• Extensive experience as a AWS Cloud Engineer.
• Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and managing AWS cloud architectures, including knowledge of EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Step Functions, SageMaker and other key AWS services.
• Proficient in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar.
• Solid understanding of networking principles, including VPC, subnetting, routing, and security groups.
• Experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and configuration management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and experience implementing security controls in AWS environments.
• Understanding of data engineering concepts, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration patterns is preferred
• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or similar, are highly desirable.
• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Big Data - Specialty, AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, or similar, are preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
