Role
The Senior B2B Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential business clients which is local SMEs in Vietnam market, developing relationships, and driving revenue growth, to acquire and develop new suppliers onboarding onto the platform. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. You will work closely with marketing, industry, and leadership teams to generate high-quality leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the local SMEs sector among manufacturer, trading company and export agent.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve the lead generation process.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to create business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion.
• Present company offerings to potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and account management.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS, technology, or enterprise solutions environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a competitive market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and networking is a plus.
• Proficiency English.
