The Job
● Identify opportunities to scale engineering solutions, APIs, and optimizing performance
● Design scalable APIs and Infrastructure with Python, Go, or modern frameworks
● Explain trade-offs for technical decisions and execute based on Product requirements
● Design databases in NoSQL systems such as MongoDB, Cassandra and Redis
● Assist in deployment of ML models
● Build and maintain state-of-the-art chat systems
● Explore message brokers like RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka
● Pub/Sub for scalable push notifications and subscription type systems
● Moderation filters
Your Skills and Experience
You will need proficiency in all of the languages and infrastructure below:
● Backend: Python, Golang
● Database: mongoDB, Cassandra, Redis
● Infrastructure: AWS
● Experience with huge chat applications using websocket and similar technology.
● Some experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka.
● Startup language: English
● App language: English, Vietnamese
We look for candidates with at least 4+ years in development and at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. We want great coders that have a problem-solving mindset.
