About The Product:

What You Will Do:
- Contribute to and enforce software engineering best practices: testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and scalable architectures.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using [protected info] (NestJS) and Python (for AI integrations).
- Architect and implement microservices with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Terraform + Azure DevOps).
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate LLM APIs, AI features, and intelligent services into production.
- Build and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform on Azure.
- Ensure platform observability, performance, and resilience (logging, monitoring, incident handling).
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and guide technical direction.
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, design, AI) to deliver end-to-end features.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of backend or full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency in [protected info] (NestJS) and working knowledge of Python (for service/AI integration).
- Solid software engineering skills: designing APIs, CI/CD, monitoring, debugging.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and communication patterns (REST, gRPC, message queues).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL/NoSQL data modeling.
- Familiarity with testing best practices (unit, integration, e2e with Jest, Supertest, Playwright, etc.).
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Familiarity with Git/GitOps and version control best practices.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers, lead projects, and drive technical direction.
Big Plus If You Have:
- Experience integrating AI/ML features (chat, voice, or image AI).
- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LLM orchestration, or Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Azure AI Search).
- Knowledge of prompt engineering or AI workflow integration.
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging stacks (DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Experience in technical leadership, leading small squads or cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with full-stack development (ReactJS or other frontend frameworks).
