I. Job Purpose:
•We are looking for a passionate Senior Brand Executive to join our expanding marketing team in Vietnam, one of the most dynamic and fast-growing markets. In this role, Candidate will shape impactful campaigns, manage exciting brand initiatives, and bring fresh ideas to life.
•Candidate will work with cross-functional teams and top agencies to deliver meaningful consumer experiences. This is a chance to grow with a global brand while making a real difference in a young and energetic market.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Market Analysis
• Coordinate and help build both short-term and long-term brand plans aligned with brand's strategy.
• Conduct consumer and market research, competitor and trend analyses to provide insight-based recommendations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touch points: packaging, POSM, digital media, retail, all channels.
2. Campaign & Marketing Execution
• Plan and support implementation of integrated 360° campaigns (ATL/BTL/PR/Digital).
• Track campaign performance, measure ROI, and suggest optimizations.
• Coordinate with Sales and
Trade Marketing to activate campaigns at point-of-sale.
3. Product Management:
• Continuously monitor product performance using metrics, customer feedback, complaints.
• Assist the brand team in the NPD process from concept to launch, coordinating with R&D, packaging, designers, operations.
• Monitor product lifecycle: new launches, reorders, product updates, quality checks.
4. Trade Marketing & Field Activities
• Work with trade and sales teams on consumer promotions, sampling, retail activations.
• Monitor in-market promotional materials and competitor activities. Conduct market visits regularly to collect field insights.
5. Budget & Vendor Management
• Track expenditure and ensure budget compliance.
• Liaise with agencies, suppliers, external event teams to ensure materials and campaigns are delivered on time and within specs.
6. Reporting & Brand Health Monitoring
• Prepare regular reports on brand and campaign performance: brand health, market share, sales, ROI.
• Support the
Brand Manager with data-driven insights and prepare presentations for internal/ regional stakeholders.
III. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 year's FMGC brand experience.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms,
digital marketing tools, and event management.
• Pay attention to detail & carefulness.
• Good presentation & communication skills.
• Good in English communication.
• Passion for health and wellness is a plus
• Sport events/ sport knowledge is a plus
