Job Description
- Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and detailed user stories for technical teams.
- Analyze existing business processes and propose effective improvement solutions.
- Work closely with Project Managers (PMs), developers, QA, designers, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project planning, scope clarification, and change request management.
- Participate in UAT preparation, testing coordination, and issue tracking to ensure high-quality output.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between global clients and internal technical teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or a related role in IT services/software development
- Experience in eCommerce or digital platform projects is highly preferred
- Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in creating professional Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Actionable Requirements
- Strong ability to use tools (e.g., [protected info], Lucidchart, Visio, or Figma/Balsamiq) to create Flowcharts, UML Diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence), and Wireframes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Fluent English communication skills are required for working with international stakeholders
