Mô tả công việc
*** Job Purpose:
- Support the strategic planning of the initiative with required diagnostics.
- Support the design and execution of business solutions with detailed work planning.
- Review documentation for solution proposals, business alignment and reports on progress of the assigned initiative.
*** Key Relationships:
- Reports to the Initiative Director
- Direct reports are none
- Internal stakeholders include working teams and stakeholders of other divisions of the Bank and the Transformation Office
- External stakeholders include external partners providing professional services
*** RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Solution Design
- Support the design of solutions to resolve problems within the initiative scope.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and align on solutions.
- Lead the diagnostics, problem identification and root causes for the initiative.
- Lead the design of solutions for problems in the assigned workstreams.
