Senior Business Analyst

Role Description
The Senior Business Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in District 1. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
The Senior Business
Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements, and support the design of solutions that align with strategic objectives. Daily tasks include conducting data-driven analysis, preparing reports and presentations, facilitating workshops and meetings, and supporting project teams during solution implementation and testing. The role also involves monitoring key performance indicators, recommending process enhancements, and ensuring that changes are communicated and adopted effectively throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and propose evidence-based recommendations.
Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering, including translating stakeholder needs into clear technical and functional specifications.
Experience in Business Process design, mapping, and optimization to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Effective Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.
Experience in logistics, port operations, supply chain, or related industries is highly preferred.
Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., process modeling tools, requirements management tools, data analysis in Excel or BI platforms).
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.
