Business Development professionals to expand our presence across Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. This is an exciting opportunity to work with premium golf products, develop strong industry relationships, and contribute directly to the growth of the business.
The Role
This is a field-based sales role focused on developing and managing relationships with golf clubs, resorts, academies, and corporate clients.
You will be responsible for growing your assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting DSC's portfolio of premium golf brands and custom apparel solutions.
The role offers a high level of autonomy while being supported by an experienced leadership team and dedicated Sales Administration and Operations functions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
• Build and develop a B2B customer portfolio across golf clubs, golf resorts, academies, and corporate clients within your assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
• Maintain regular client visits and follow-up activities to strengthen customer relationships and generate repeat business.
• Present and promote DSC's premium golf brands, accessories, and custom apparel solutions.
Sales Performance & Account Management
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline within the AMIS CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and custom apparel programs.
• Monitor customer accounts and support payment collection activities when required.
Order & Project Coordination
• Work closely with Sales Administration and Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Prepare complete and accurate briefs for custom production orders.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Market Development
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the golf and hospitality sectors.
• Identify opportunities for DSC participation in golf tournaments, events, and industry activities.
• Provide regular market feedback and business insights to management.
