Senior Business Development Executive

Responsibility:
● Search for potential customers on e-commerce platforms, especially brands on TikTok Shop, to propose collaboration, connect with them, and arrange meetings via email, phone calls, or in person.
● Support on boarding customers from e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) onto Passio Ecomobi's system.
● Build relationships with customers, identify their needs to drive sales growth.
● Effectively communicate with customers, including global clients (Southeast Asia, Korea, China, etc.).
● Follow up, connect, and build relationships with potential customers who have expressed interest in the company.
● Act as the point of contact and liaison between partners and the internal teams to resolve issues during collaboration.
● Collaborate with the Manager and Tech team to develop systems for customer service, and work with the operations team to achieve business goals.
Competencies:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields. Good communication skills in English.
Knowledge/Experience:
● At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships in industries related to: Marketing Agency, Affiliate, Livestream, or companies mainly involved in e-commerce or technology sectors.
Skills:
● Planning, market research, negotiation, problem-solving, multitasking, and strong communication skills.
● Knowledge of TikTok Shop/Livestream shopping trends is an advantage. Attitude:
