Functional Reporting: Procurement Manager
Scope: Direct Material Management
Mission :
Manage sourcing operational activities for Direct Material in line with financial, quality and delivery targets. Manage suppliers to ensure timely project execution and effective contract negotiation.
Activities:
For assigned portfolio:
•Scout new supplier to improve current supplier base
•Execute cost reduction projects
•Manage supplier relationship
•Lead Group contracts negotiation
•Manage local contracts negotiation for specific suppliers
•Manage order processing and ensure data accuracy and integrity
•Collect supplier performance reports and analyse suppliers cost, quality and delivery performances
•Identify operational / financial risks and develop mitigation plans
•Execute cost reduction projects
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor degree, have experience working in Foreign investment company
•4 years + working experiences in Procurement, Sourcing and Supply Chain management
•Familiar with Electrical & Electronic items like PCBA, and Plastic & steel & carton component
•Result Oriented, ambitious and aggressive, willing to work under pressure
•Familiar with SAP system, good presentation skills like PPT, Excel etc
•Fluent in English communication (Speaking and Writing)
