Description
Fraud Investigation and Prevention:
* Lead and conduct investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, applying a detailed, clever, and creative approach to uncover all relevant facts.
* Analyze data, documents, and reports to identify potential fraud risks, patterns, and areas of concern.
* Develop and implement practical, actionable solutions to prevent fraud, ensuring processes are robust and resilient.
* Collaborate with internal teams to monitor and investigate any suspicious activities or breaches in internal controls.
* Prepare reports and provide recommendations to senior management on findings and corrective actions.
Compliance Training and Awareness:
* Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs tailored to different levels of the organization.
* Ensure all employees are well-versed in the company's ethical standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
* Foster a culture of compliance by engaging employees and promoting awareness of potential risks.
* Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and incorporate these updates into training materials.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance training programs through feedback and assessments.
Policy and Procedure Development:
* Assist in developing and reviewing integrity and compliance policies, ensuring they align with local and international regulatory standards.
* Provide guidance to business units on interpreting and adhering to compliance policies.
Reporting and Documentation:
* Maintain detailed and organized records of all compliance training activities, fraud investigations, and outcomes.
* Prepare and present regular reports on compliance status, trends, and potential risks to senior management.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with other departments (e.g., legal, HR, internal audit) to ensure a cohesive approach to integrity and compliance matters.
* Provide subject matter expertise and support to
business leaders in navigating complex compliance challenges.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrity, compliance, fraud investigation, or related areas.
* Proficiency in using investigative tools, data analysis software, and compliance training platforms.
* Good English in both written and spoken.
